Terms & Personal Listening License

These terms govern use of STARNOVA and the protected listening access offered by Aleigha Bright. By using the site or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.

Ownership

STARNOVA, the musical compositions, lyrics, sound recordings, performances, production, mixes, masters, artwork, writing, audiovisual material, designs, and other original content are owned by Aleigha Bright unless a specific credit states otherwise. All copyrights and other intellectual-property rights are reserved. A purchase does not transfer ownership.

Personal listening license

After a confirmed purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to privately stream the recordings included in your purchase through STARNOVA for as long as that access remains offered and your use complies with these terms.

This is listening access—not a sale of the recordings, masters, compositions, or copyright.

You may not, except with prior written permission or where applicable law expressly permits:

copy, download, record, rip, reproduce, extract, or distribute protected audio;
upload, post, transmit, resell, sublicense, broadcast, publicly perform, or share it;
share access links, cookies, credentials, or another method of bypassing access controls;
synchronize the music with video, advertising, games, podcasts, or other media;
sample, remix, adapt, create derivative works, or use the material to train or evaluate an artificial-intelligence system;
circumvent, disable, probe, or interfere with technical protections or protected delivery.

Accounts, wallets, and access

You are responsible for activity associated with your sign-in, wallet, browser, and access credentials. Never provide STARNOVA with a wallet seed phrase or private key. We may suspend or revoke access reasonably believed to be shared, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or obtained through a chargeback or reversed payment.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and the included access are shown before checkout. Purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew unless a future offer clearly says otherwise and receives separate consent. The Purchase & Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep purchased access available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security events, third-party outages, legal obligations, or changes to the project may temporarily affect availability. If a paid passage cannot be delivered or a material playback problem cannot reasonably be corrected, the refund policy applies.

Enforcement

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may violate these terms and copyright law. We may terminate access, preserve relevant transaction and security records, issue platform takedown notices, or pursue other lawful remedies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Age and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Do not use STARNOVA unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit harmful code, scrape private areas, harass others, or interfere with the service.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STARNOVA is provided on an “as available” basis. Aleigha Bright is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. The version accepted at checkout governs that purchase unless the law requires otherwise. Until a dedicated public support address is published, legal, access, and copyright inquiries may be submitted through the Fellow Travelers contact form inside STARNOVA.
